  • Q. What is InCloudDrive?

    InCloudDrive is the fastest way to share files with your family, friends and co-workers. More than 200 Supported Formats can be viewed online - including photos, videos, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, audios, fonts, and countless other file types. The files can be emailed, shared via a link, or posted on social networking sites. All files are encrypted using military grade 256-bit AES encryption for maximum security.

    When you sign up you get 2GB free storage space. Each file size is limited to 250 MB because every file that is uploaded gets sent to the conversion servers that do the heavy task of converting the files and showing their output online using HTML5.

    InCloudDrive Pro gives you more features, 1TB (1,000GB) storage and allows you to upload files as big as you want.


  • Q. What types of images can be uploaded to Inclouddrive?

    Inclouddrive supports all image types. Any uploaded images must fully comply with our Terms of Service.

    Do not upload any copyrighted images if you don't own the rights to the image or don't have permission from the owner to distribute the image.

  • Q. Do I have to sign up for an account to use Inclouddrive?

    Yes, to use Inclouddrive you need to create an account, which is free. By creating an account, you get 2GB storage space. 

     

  • Q. Where do I sign up?

     Head over to our homepage, enter your full name, email, and a password and you’re in!

     

  • Q. I am in Now what?

    Start sharing your files! Drag & drop files onto Inclouddrive to upload them to your first folder (which is created automatically). You can also use the ‘Upload’ button given in the right sidebar. You don’t have to wait for the files to finish uploading; you can share the link and your recipient will be able to view the files as soon as they’ve uploaded on your side.

     

  • Q. How do I cancel a subscription?

    We exclusively offer one-time payment. Any further steps in order to cancel an upgrade are not required

     

  • Q. Can I tag multiple folders at once?

    Yes! On the My Uploads page, hover over any folder and tick the checkbox to select it. Select multiple folders and click "Tag" button that appears in the header.

     

  • Q. Can I rename a folder?

    Yes. To rename a folder or file, just right click of the file and select rename option from the dropdown window.

     

     

  • Q. How secure is Inclouddrive

    Inclouddrive uses industry standard encryption to safeguard your account. Your share links are almost impossible to guess and practically uncrawlable by search engines unless they are shared on public spaces like blogs and forums.

     

     

  • Q. Can I see the files or folder that I've deleted

    Yes. There is a Trash bin where you can see all the files you have deleted from your Cloud Drive. You can find your trash bin at the bottom of your clouddrive or by clicking the menu button at the top.

     

     

  • Q. Unauthorized payments

    If you found out that you're subscribed to Inclouddrive Pro account without your authorization, it means somebody else paid for it instead of you. It may be a member of your family or a complete stranger (hacker) who knows your PayPal password or credit card number. If this is your case, then it should be your first step to login into PayPal and change your password there as soon as possible in order to prevent any further abuse. In all cases, it is our policy to refund you all payments which were made without your authorization. To resolve this situation, first cancel your subscription in PayPal and then contact us to get the refund. Remember to let us know either your transaction ID or your email address you're using in PayPal, so we could identify you correctly.
